Pausing My Subscription

If you wish to stop your monthly billing cycle but keep your Veritent account and all the data active, go to the Subscription page in your Veritent account and click on "Change My Plan".

This opens an email to the Veritent support desk. Make sure you're sending us an email from the account you have registered with Veritent.

Tell us you want to pause your subscription and click send!
